For us it has already become\na form of normality J.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I don&#8217;t\nknow about you, but I remembered my madness the other day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The\nfirst thing that came to my mind would not be allowed now, it&#8217;s clear to me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>H\u00c4AGEN-DAZS ICE CREAM FROM MADRID<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Starting\nin 1999, I kept going to Madrid, to Valeriu Lazarov, for work. A lot of work!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the\nfew hours we could run around town with my few colleagues, we tried to see as much\nof Madrid as possible and eat all sorts of new things.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During\none of these trips, I discovered a sensational ice cream!!! I had to prove it! And\u2026 I brought\nit with me:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I\nbought two half-kilo boxes of <strong>H\u00e4agen-Dazs<\/strong>,\nput them in a bag and took them with me on the plane. I kept them down, at my\nfeet, to make sure that, if they melt, no one sees\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>God,\nwhen I arrived with them at home, like a soup as they were, it seemed to me\nthat I had brought the aliens to Planet Earth!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>OLIVE OIL FROM TUSCAN FARMS<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Along\nwith my attachment to Tuscany, came the attachment to the extra-mega-ultra-virgin\nolive oil, taken directly from the farmers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In\nrecent years, I&#8217;ve been filling up continuously. But, as ordering a package for\nRomania costs me too much, I decided to bring my own oil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And that\nis why I put no more and no less than 10 liters of oil in my suitcase. What\nwould the people from customs say, only God knows\u2026 But I know that friends\nenjoyed the gift a lot!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Well,\ncarrying some oil in your suitcase isn&#8217;t that spectacular. It was in metal\nboxes tightly wrapped in dirty T-shirts and pants. I am, but it\nis just relish, I would say.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So I&#8217;m\nmoving on to something inedible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>PISTOL IN\/FROM BARCELONA<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We were\nfilming some pranks in Barcelona. We had brought with us a lot of costumes,\nrented props, makeup etc. Nothing special when we left.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the\nway back, however, AFTER the check-in, while we were waiting, relaxed, at the\nboarding gate, we got the police all over us! Oops! Only it was a very good copy of a real gun.\nRented in Romania, by the book, from studios that deal with this. But it looked\n100% authentic. That was their problem and they kept telling me about it. We\nhad a WEAPON in our suitcase!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Well, you\nshould have seen me explaining in perfect Spanish: &#8220;mi amor, estoy\nembarazada, mala mujer, cojones, paella&#8221; and in other words I knew.\nWhatever it seems, however it looks, it&#8217;s a prop gun, used by us for filming,\nyou know, we had some filming in Barcelona, \u200b\u200bwith actors, costumes, and so on\nand so forth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The\npoliceman insisted that no and no, it&#8217;s a gun, why is it in your suitcase?!?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And\nthat&#8217;s why they searched all our luggage, while I explained to them that I had no\nproblem taking it out of the country through the Romanian customs, that it&#8217;s\nnot a real one and that it&#8217;s rented (I think I told them very clearly all\nthese\u2026 with my hands J).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We managed\nnot to be arrested, not to get a fine or whatever was meant for us, but we also\nleft without the pistol, which was confiscated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>WHAT ELSE CAN YOU BRING IN THE SUITCASE<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Really,\nwhat else can you take in the luggage?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I, for\none, brought home some\u2026 ELEPHANT SHIT!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seriously!\nAnd not just any shit, but African elephant poop.
